A clip that refuses to open, a bounce that stutters when it shouldn’t, a style you’d love to see next to Echo and Rewind: tell us by email. We don’t run a contact form or a help desk, so the address below is the whole system, and a real person reads what arrives.

## What we’d like to hear

* **Something not working.** Let us know your browser and device, where the video came from (phone camera, screen recording, download), the Style and Speed you picked and the export format. Tell us what happened instead of sending the clip itself; we can almost always track a problem down from the description.
* **Suggestions.** A new style, a different way to loop, an export size you need, or a guide for an app we haven’t covered.
* **Press.** Questions about how a boomerang gets made from an ordinary video inside the browser are welcome.
* **Privacy requests.** Clips and camera recordings stay on your device, so there’s next to nothing we could hold about you. For anything on the[privacy page](https://boomerang.video/privacy), the analytics included, email the same address.

## About replies

There’s no support team behind boomerang.video, just the few people who build it, so we reply when we can give a proper answer rather than on a set schedule. Nothing sent here goes unread.
